These general terms apply to enquiries, bookings, memberships and use of the coworking facilities at eQ Co-Works.

Bookings and availability

• All workspaces, rooms and cabins are subject to availability.
• Bookings are confirmed only after communication from the eQ Co-Works team.
• Room and workspace use must follow the agreed booking period and operating hours.

Payments

• Payments are payable in advance for confirmed bookings and memberships.
• Applicable GST and commercial terms will be communicated at the time of enquiry or confirmation.
• Pricing, offers and availability may be revised without prior notice.

Workspace usage

• Government-issued identity proof may be required for access.
• Members and visitors must maintain a professional and disturbance-free environment.
• Smoking is not permitted within the premises.
• Outside food is allowed only in appropriate common areas.

Liability

• Users are responsible for their belongings and any damage caused to property or equipment.
• eQ Co-Works reserves the right to restrict or withdraw access in the event of misuse or violation of workplace rules.
