- Members must avoid loud calls, music or behaviour that disturbs others.

- Membership and room charges are payable in advance.
- Activated plans are non-refundable.
- Room bookings may be rescheduled once when cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Business-address usage is subject to management approval.

Is eQ Co-Works open on Sundays?
No. The workspace is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. A monthly plan remains valid for 30 calendar days, but access is available only on operating days.
How are pricing and GST shared?
Our team will share the final commercial quote, including applicable GST, at the time of enquiry.
Can I use a permanent desk with the hot-seat option?
No. The hot-seat option provides access for 15 operating days without a permanent seat. Additional usage terms will be shared on enquiry.
Are meeting rooms available by the hour?
Hourly and half-day bookings are currently unavailable. Room bookings are currently available for a full booking day during normal operating hours.
Can I schedule a site visit?
Yes. Submit the enquiry form or contact us by phone or WhatsApp between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Can the address be used for company registration?
This facility is currently subject to management approval. Please contact the team with your specific requirement.
